Legal advice for business

I am an English solicitor with thirty years of commercial experience, much of it in an international setting. My practice has been focussed on company commerical, finance, contract, real esate and energy and, geographically, Europe and sub-Saharan Africa.

I read law at Oxford. Since starting my career at a top law firm in the City of London, I have been a partner in large international law firms, run my own law firm, and have served, and serve, as a non-exceutive drector in a variety of companies at home and abroad.

Today, my practice is concentrated on those areas where my experience allows me to add value, especially general counsel and non-excutive appointments, and acting for a small number of commercial clients. I am particularly interested in energy projects in sub-Saharan Africa.
